- Martien van Zuilen
- Martien van Zuilen has been a felt maker since 1985. Over the past 22 years she has taught Felt workshops at all levels of experience throughout Australia, and has taught internationally in Russia, the UK, Europe, and the US. She also presents talks, exhibits and sells her work. Martien is the founder of the Victorian Feltmakers, the coordinator of the Australian National Yurt Project and a Board member of The Australian Forum for Textile Art. Martien has been instrumental in developing the artistic merit of Felt in Australia. Alongside continuously developing her own skills, through her teaching she encourages and mentors many others in their felt making journey.
